¡ 2008.11.27 Takenoko-no-kai - Website Creation

We renewed the Takenoko-no-kai (Parents who have children diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS)) website through a request from Pfizer Japan, Inc. (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo).

Takenoko-no-kai (headquartered in Shizuoka Prefecture) was launched in 1991 as a group for parents who have children diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). In order to promote healthy growth and development of children with PWS, the group undertakes a variety of activities with the goal of enriching medical treatment, education, welfare, and the social environment.

Their website includes introductory information about Takenoko-no-kai, an explanation of PWS, and information on doctors and medical institutions throughout Japan that provide support for PWS. An online forum is also included for members to exchange information.

We created a logo mark using characters that emphasize a friendly feel and worked on the website design. Also, we expressed the friendly atmosphere of Takenoko-no-kai with a calm color scheme composed of white and light-green and enhanced the user-friendly design with large menu buttons.

Furthermore, for items such as information updates, we have installed a Content Management System (CMS) which supports independent updates made by the client.

Customer response: Takenoko-no-kai

Group members launched this website a few years ago hoping to improve the quality of life for Japanese people with the severe disability known as PWS (Prader-Willi syndrome) and their family members. With an eye on the future of group activities, we decided to take on a project to provide web support to this patient group backed by Pfizer Japan Inc. and assigned website renewal services to the vastly-experienced Intercast. Intercast displayed a complete understanding of the patient group atmosphere by creating a bright feel for the website. In the future, we are thinking of enhancing the member's page in order to provide as much help as we can for family members of those suffering from PWS.

¡ 2008.6.23 KT INTHENSE MALL - Website Creation

We created a new website for Kaneko Fudousan Center Group - KT INTHENSE MALL Co., Ltd.

In addition to real estate leasing, Kaneko Fudousan Center Co., Ltd. (Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture) is also involved in large scale development projects. The Center is currently in the process of building the large scale commercial complex "KT INTHENSE PARK," scheduled to open in Kasukabe City in the spring of 2009.

The website contents include a company profile and introductions to group companies and KT INTHENSE PARK.

In designing the website, we employed a grid design to imbue a functional and orderly impression. And by making the base design simple, we allowed the graphic images of the shopping mall to stand out.

We also offered proposals concerning the brand management for company information and the shopping mall arena, which is the client's main service.

Additionally, we created a user friendly layout by placing a global navigation bar on the right side of each page to facilitate easy access to each area and installing a category navigation menu at the top portion of each page.

¡ 2008.6.2 Yoshizawa Scissors - Website Creation

We created a new website for Yoshizawa Scissors.@

Yoshizawa Scissors produces and sells beauty care and hair stylist scissors and related products. The products are not mass produced through machine processing, but instead created one at a time by hand through the careful skill of artisans.

The website operates internet sales and provides introductory information about beauty care and hair stylist scissors and related items, including cutting scissors, thinning scissors, scissor cases, and pouches.

Regarding the website design process, the customer requested a website that can process online sales.

We proposed a new internet shop based on our previous success using online sales systems. And in terms of design, we gave full focus to the usage of photographic material in order to imbue a sense of the slick metallic feel and sharpness of scissors, the flagship products.

Experts in consumer affairs issues work as advisors in Consumer Affairs Centers stationed in regions spanning the entire nation.

For the renewal we employed a design optimally reflecting the requests of the client.

¡ 2008.5.7 Ninchisho Net - Website Renewal

We renewed the Ninchisho Net website based on a request from Care-Link Co., Ltd.

Ninchisho Net offers basic information about dementia and elderly care tips. It also operates a bulletin board called "Dementia Counseling Room" that provides an arena for patients suffering from dementia, households caring for someone with dementia, and professional care givers (helpers and care managers) to exchange opinions.

For this project, we received a request to implement an across the board renewal about five years after we created the original website. The renewal process focused on reorganizing the content categories and introducing a composition that facilitates easy access to the latest treatment information.

In terms of design, while continuing in the tradition of presenting a warm and friendly feel, we also incorporated a lively icon and caption design and used character illustrations plentifully to bring out a bright atmosphere and an easy-to-follow format. Also, we enlarged the font of the contents and arranged text for ease of reading by a wide variety of ages.

The straightforward navigation facilitates a simple and easy to use composition.

¡ 2008.2.1 Kijima Clinic for Acupuncture & Bonesetting - New Website Creation

We renewed the Kijima Clinic for Acupuncture & Bonesetting website.

Kijima Clinic for Acupuncture & Bonesetting (Higashirinkan, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) is a Sagamioono-Yamato-Higashirinkan area acupuncture and bone setting clinic. It provides proper treatment for problems such as headaches, stiff shoulders, and back aches as well as broken bones, dislocation, bruising, and sprains. It also offers daily health management, allergy recovery, body work, and massages.

The website contains a detailed treatment menu and access map.

In addition to information on treatments offered, the client requested a website that incorporates content geared towards customers who come seeking daily healing.

We conducted a photographic shoot of the clinic and clinic director prior to creating the website. Using a plentiful amount of photographs to portray the atmosphere of the clinic, we highlighted a friendly atmosphere open to everyone. Also, we used a crisp and light color scheme and design to reflect a clean and refined acupuncture clinic, imparting a strong sense of reliability.

In terms of content, we adjusted font sizes, etc. to organize the detailed information in an easy to read fashion.
